Opened the shop in 2011 as a cut-to-order supplier for other repair counters before the front bay opened. Still runs most driver and iron jobs personally, and still writes his own cut plans by hand before he'll let anyone else type them up.

Runs the majority of iron and wedge jobs, with a particular focus on keeping the butt CPM slope consistent across a full set rather than treating each club as its own decision.
Malcolm Stroud
Handles every putter job on a dedicated rolled surface rather than a strip of carpet, with a particular focus on face balance and setup posture.
Junie Okafor
Oversees the epoxy and cure schedule and checks every finished club against its work order before it's released to the counter for pickup.
We Review Old Work Orders, Not Just New Catalogs
Manufacturer certification gets renewed every year like anywhere else, but the more useful habit is quarterly: the bench pulls a stack of old work orders and checks whether the numbers we wrote down still hold up against what golfers are reporting months later. That's where most of what we know about tip trim actually came from.
