What Golfers Notice on the Work Order

I'd never seen a shop write down the raw length before cutting anything. Simple idea, and it's the reason my driver came out exactly the length we talked about.

Eight iron blanks out of the same box, and they weighed every single one before picking which four went in my short irons. That's not something I expected from a shop this size.

Full bag job took two visits, exactly like they said it would. Every club came back with its own line on one work order, so I could see the whole set side by side.
